Our Pilates program
focuses on the perpetual movement and energy that children display
on an everyday basis. By learning Pilates at an early age, children
not only prevent bad posture and motor impairment from developing,
they also improve their coordination and balance. These classes are
a blast and are performed to upbeat music using mats, hoops, balls,
and more. Children will gain self esteem which will help lead them
to be happy and healthy children, teens, and adults.

You will
roll, lift, seesaw, and bond with your baby as you work your
way to a tighter, leaner body. Pilates Together is a great
way for you to regain strength, muscle tone, and of course
your abdominal muscles after giving birth…with your new
baby! This class will help you ease back into exercise even
if you have never tried Pilates before! And while you
exercise, your baby will develop motor and sensory skills,
visual awareness, and most importantly, will spend time
being nurtured by you.

This class
combines games, music, props and Pilates to keep kids having a blast and
using those tiny toes! Children will explore basic Pilates movements
while using their imaginations to develop strong coordination, body
control, balance, strength and gross motor skills. The use of balls,
magic circles, and other fun props will be incorporated as we lift,
roll, bridge, clap, sing and laugh!

Children will develop and refine Pilates elements in this
class. The use of balls, magic circles, and other fun props
will be incorporated as we explore Pilates. Each week
children learn new Pilates movements through fun games and
stories to keep kids on their toes. We focus on strength,
flexibility, body control, balance and coordination.
